Artis Clanton, Jr. is the President and Founder of Collective Investment Group, where he leads the firm’s real estate investment and community development strategy. With a background in accounting, logistics, legal operations, and entrepreneurship, he brings a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to investing. Artis is also the Founder of On-Demand Waste Removal and is committed to building long-term value for investors and the communities CIG serves.

As Vice President of Collective Investment Group, she brings over 20 years of experience in social services, leadership, and community engagement. Her background in managing residential facilities, leading teams, overseeing operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance provides CIG with a strong foundation in organizational leadership and strategic execution. She is committed to helping the group create long-term value, strengthen communities, and build sustainable opportunities for its members.

Donna R. Watts is a retired United States Postal Service professional with 33 years of dedicated service as a letter carrier. Known for her exceptional work ethic and leadership, she earned multiple service and performance awards, including perfect attendance recognition and long-standing service honors. Throughout her career, Donna trained on-the-job carriers and inspired others to excel in their roles. At Collective Investment Group, she brings a disciplined, people-first mindset rooted in consistency, accountability, and long-term financial responsibility.
